AT Culture + compass, our goal is to orchestrate an incredible and adventurous women’s group trip. here are a few helpful things to know before you book with culture + compass:

  • All rooms are shared occupancy, but you will have your own bed, unless specified.

  • All trips require a moderate fitness level (such as the ability to walk 2-5 miles/day depending on the trip, and moderate strength for adventures such as kayaking, light swimming, etc. if you have questions about what this looks like, just ask! Email admin@cultureandcompassadventureco.com.

  • You are responsible for getting yourself to and home from the location of the trip. When you land at the location, C+C will have transportation arranged to pick you up to begin the trip (unless you choose to come early, in which case you will arrange your own transportation from your activity to a designated ‘trip start’ location.

  • Approx 3-6 months prior to the trip start date, C+C administration will add all the women attending to a group chat via Whatsapp. In this Whatsapp group we will discuss packing details, airport pickup notes, and address any questions the group has. I highly recommend having your Whatsapp downloaded and ready in order to make this communication smooth - we don’t want you don’t miss any details!

  • Itineraries may have minor and reasonable changes based on world events, safety, weather, and vendor availability. Try to be flexible, knowing your guide is making this the absolute best trip she can.

  • When you book a trip, the fee you pay includes: All transportation upon arrival and throughout the trip, all meals with the group (with a certain price limit depending on location), all activities on the trip, local guides, a professional photo gallery dependent on location, and more.

  • The fee you pay does NOT include: Any expenses of personal nature such as visas, alcohol, snacks, souvenirs, etc.

  • Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the last day of our trip (this will prevent us from running into issues crossing customs as a group).

  • The best way to contact Culture + Compass administration/guides is via email, and secondarily via Whatsapp.
